These terms govern use of the Argent Via website and contact form. They do not govern a paid engagement, which requires a separate written agreement.

Informational site

This site describes Argent Via LLC and the kinds of business and technical problems we can investigate. Site content is general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or security advice and is not a promise that a particular service, result, schedule, or price is available.

No engagement through the site

Sending a form, email, or voicemail does not create a customer, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or other professional relationship. Argent Via accepts work only through a written agreement signed by the applicable parties. Do not send confidential information until the parties have agreed how it will be handled.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site to:

• break a law or infringe another person's rights;
• submit malicious code, automated abuse, deceptive information, or content you have no right to disclose;
• interfere with the site, evade its access controls, or probe it beyond ordinary public use without written authorization; or
• misrepresent an affiliation with or endorsement by Argent Via.

Reasonable indexing by ordinary search engines and accessibility tools is permitted. Security research requires prior written authorization and an agreed scope.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Argent Via owns or licenses the site design, text, graphics, logo, and other site content. You may view and make ordinary internal references to the site. You may not republish, sell, remove attribution from, or create a misleading derivative of the content without permission. Rights in customer deliverables are determined by the applicable customer agreement, not these terms.

Third-party services and links

This site can refer to third-party services or websites. Argent Via does not control their availability, security, content, or terms. A reference does not by itself mean that Argent Via endorses the third party for your use.

Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, Argent Via disclaims implied warranties relating to the public site, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We can change, suspend, or remove site content without guaranteeing prior notice.

Limitation for public-site use

To the extent allowed by law, Argent Via is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising only from use of or inability to use this public site. This section does not limit a liability that cannot legally be limited and does not replace the liability terms of a signed customer agreement.

Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle information associated with the site, inquiries, and relevant business outreach.

Washington law

Washington law governs these terms without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. A dispute concerning only these website terms must be brought in a court with jurisdiction where Argent Via is located in Washington, unless applicable law requires another forum.

Changes and severability

We can update these terms by publishing a revised version and effective date. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce one provision is not a waiver of it.
