Privacy Notice

Effective August 31, 2026

Argent Via LLC collects only the information needed to respond to inquiries, operate the business, protect its systems, and understand whether its work is reaching the right people. We do not sell personal information or build advertising profiles from it.

Scope

This notice applies to the Argent Via website, contact form, direct business communications, and relevant business outreach in the United States. A customer engagement can include additional privacy, security, or data-processing terms in its written agreement.

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you contact us, we can collect your name, email address, company or role, the type of help you selected, the message you wrote, and later communications about the inquiry or business relationship. Please do not put passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, medical information, or other unnecessary sensitive data in the contact form.

Website and attribution information

Our systems can record your IP address, the time of a request, the page you visited, referring page, and campaign parameters in the link you followed. We use this information for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and basic measurement of website and campaign performance.

Business contact information

For relevant business-to-business outreach, we can use professional contact information from a company's public website, public business materials, a referral, a prior interaction, or another source reasonably understood to be available for business contact. We do not buy personal contact lists from data brokers.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

• respond to an inquiry and prepare for a conversation;
• manage prospects, customers, projects, and records;
• provide and improve our services;
• secure the website and prevent misuse;
• measure website and campaign effectiveness;
• comply with law and enforce agreements; and
• send relevant United States business outreach with a working opt-out.

Sending the contact form permits us to respond to that inquiry. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter or recurring marketing campaign.

Analytics and browser signals

We can use a self-hosted Umami analytics service for aggregate website measurement. We do not use third-party advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral advertising. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not offer a separate sale-or-sharing opt-out. We do not respond differently to legacy “Do Not Track” signals. Where a legally recognized browser privacy signal applies, we will treat it consistently with the no-sale and no-sharing practices in this notice.

When we disclose information

We can disclose information to:

• infrastructure, hosting, CRM, email, analytics, backup, and security providers that process it for Argent Via;
• professional advisers when accounting, insurance, legal, or compliance work requires it;
• authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or investigate fraud or abuse; and
• a successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality and notice where required.

We do not sell, rent, or license personal information or contact lists. We do not give service providers permission to use the information for their own advertising or data brokerage.

Retention

We retain information only while it remains reasonably necessary for the inquiry, business relationship, security, accounting, legal compliance, dispute handling, or the operation of a suppression list. Retention depends on the record: a declined inquiry should not be kept as long as an executed customer contract or tax record. Backups can retain protected copies for a limited recovery period.

When someone opts out of marketing, we retain the minimum address and suppression evidence needed to prevent another marketing message. Suppression information is not used for renewed outreach.

Your choices and requests

You can ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you. You can also object to or opt out of marketing. Email info@argent-via.com. We can ask for reasonable verification before acting on a request. Some records must be retained for legal, security, accounting, contract, or suppression purposes.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and the systems that process it. No system is perfectly secure, so please use the contact form only for the business context needed to begin a conversation.

Children and international use

Argent Via provides business services and does not direct this site to children under 13. Our current marketing is limited to the United States. If a future engagement requires processing governed by another country, its terms must be established before that processing begins.

Changes

We will update the effective date when this notice changes. If a change materially expands how existing information is used, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required instead of relying on a quiet policy edit.
